The methods for management of the Effeemmea srls web site are hereby described, with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. We treat 

  • Personal data and contact data to deal with requests or carry out contractual or pre-contractual activities which involve the user of the Web Site and which the same user has voluntarily provided to us through the contact function of the web site – data provided voluntarily-;

Data provided voluntarily

The voluntary submission, subject to a declaration of consensus, of personal data to our contact addresses listed on the Web Site, entails the acquisition of the email address necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data, name, surname, address or other data entered by the visitor, which guarantees the facility to communicate and disseminate, and hold within electronic communication.

Objective of processing and legal basis – Personal data is always processed with consent to execute what had been requested via email and that has been freely provided to us. Data will be collected and processed for activities strictly connected and instrumental to the management of relationships with customers. The treatment is established for implementation pre-contractual / contractual – contact request-.

Method of processing and storage time. Processing takes place through the use of tools and procedures appropriate to guarantee security and confidentiality. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Web site acquire, during their normal implementation, and also through cookies – see under cookie policy – some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocol. This represents information which, even though it does not permit the identification of the user directly, can afford identification when correlated with other data from third parties. Data collected includes the IP addresses and the domain names of the computer adopted by the users connecting to the web site, the navigation pages requested, time of the request, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good result, error etc) and other parameters regarding the operating system and the application used in the navigation.

 

Objective of processing and legal basis

The user’s browsing data is processed in order to

  • resolve any disputes.

 

Method of treatment and storage time

Obligation or discretion to provide Data – With regard to navigation data these are collected and deemed necessary to guarantee the proper functioning of the Web site. Their provision is necessary. As regards the Data provided voluntarily, a failure to procure them on our behalf will lead to the impossibility of the implementation either pre-contractual or contractual requested by the same visitor.

Rights of the interested party. The Regulation grants the interested party the right to ask the Data Controller to access personal data, or to delete them, limit the processing of the personal data concerning them, or to object to their treatment. Finally the interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Authority for the Protection of Personal data, as well as to the other means of protection provided for by the applicable legislation.
